Hello! I am Iulian Petre.

I don't know what the world looks like from your office, but I know what it looks like from 8,000 meters — where the air is so thin that every step becomes a negotiation with your own limits.

30 years on the mountain. 8 years as a mountain guide with international UIMLA accreditation. Hot air balloon pilot. Instructor in survival, kayaking, rafting, and team building. Numbers? Sure. But behind them are storms you never saw coming, decisions made in seconds, and people who discovered they could do more than they ever thought possible.

And that's exactly why I'm here.

Not to organize you a trip. But to help you climb your own Himalaya — whether it's your first summit, a survival camp, or a career standstill that won't let up.

Hey, this is Teo, let me introduce myself.

Grateful for the time I've been given, I boldly climb every peak that rises before me.
Both drive and hesitation have their price, and weighing cost against opportunity has shaped every season of my life.

I can say, at peace with myself, that the best version of me — still a student — is TODAY.

From the digital-artistic playground to being a trilingual software developer, and cuisine chef Among friends, I tasted uncertainty — when everything seemed to race ahead of me, I sometimes lost myself trying... to find my way back to me.

What have I learned from all this? That the noise can still be filtered out, and clarity comes with the right environment.

In URCUȘ, I love the feeling of BEING HERE — the place where you feel you're not alone.

I bring energy, good vibes alongside you — I'm a bridge between the technical and the human, I'm genuine, I carry a broad perspective (Romania – UK), and I'll challenge you.

I'm Radu, and I work with entrepreneurs and management teams who feel they've reached a point where the trail no longer leads to the next peak.
I don't come to add more "stuff" into people's backpacks. Quite the opposite. I create contexts where the team discovers on its own what dead weight it needs to drop, and I push people to cut through the underbrush to see what they truly need to get to the top, together.

Passionate about hiking and mountain biking, I've merged them with my experience as a professional coach specialized in developing Romanian teams and organizations to create URCUȘ, a powerful context that shifts the altitude from which people see the world — and themselves.
